Registering your device qualifies for a 1-year warranty extension to one of the strongest manufacturer’s limited warranties available.

You’ll need the serial number and estimated date of purchase for each device being registered. Register one device per registration form submission.

Free online device instructional videos are available at www.AvazziaTraining.com. Free access videos are “OPEN” status. CORE videos for healthcare professional training and continued education are available with subscription membership. Licensed healthcare professionals may qualify for a one-month free subscription membership for CORE video access with device registration and valid healthcare license information or NPI if in the U.S.A.

CORE and Advanced videos for professional healthcare providers for training and continuing education are available with subscription membership at www.AvazziaTraining.com. Subcription membership for CORE or Advanced for one-month at no charge is available for qualified practitioners who register their Avazzia device. To qualify, if you are outside the U.S.A., please provide healthcare license information such as country, license type, and license number. If you are a licensed healthcare professional in the U.S.A. with an NPI number and registered your device, you may qualify for a free 1-month CORE subscription with registered device serial number. For a 1-month CORE membership, enter your NPI number or non-US healthcare license information below to qualify. An email will be sent to confirm.
